Let’s say you like the smooth, liquid-ink feel of a rollerball, but want the simple twist or push-button convenience of a ballpoint pen. In that case, our Easy Flow refills are what you want to fuel your pen. You give up a little in write out, but you get a writing feel so smooth it's almost slippery. The saturation of ink is more complete than with Classic ballpoint refills. A good choice for bold writing on cards, short notes, and signatures. The specially formulated ink is almost as water-resistant as our Classic ballpoint refills. Made in Germany; equivalent to Schmidt refills.

"I called Levenger Customer Service as both the refill cartridges I had bought for my Chroma Facet pen were defective. The Customer Service representative immediately said Levenger would be sending me a new pack of the refills as perhaps the defective ones were old--no way to tell with no expiration date. That was exactly the response I had hoped for. Now I'm hopeful that these refills will do their job and allow me to continue to use the Chroma Facet pen that I love. The four stars above are for the refills; the customer service representative gets FIVE stars."

just purchased a red and a violet chroma pen hoping ink matched pen color --- nope Re refills for chroma y9ou offer black and blue only Why noy\t red and also violet to match pen color ?? All of our pens come with standard black medium point ink refills. Unfortunately we do not have matching ink for different color pens however we do carry red and violet. The sku is APP911.
