"This is my first rollerball and I found the medium ink that came with it too thick, but this extra-fine is not a lot thinner. I think I just don't care for rollerballs as much as regular ballpoints. On the positive side, they do write every time, whereas I sometimes have trouble with the ballpoints skipping. It seems to vary from refill to refill."
