Manager, Corporate Accounting - Delray Beach
We seek a Corporate Accounting Manager to manage all aspects of accounting department (including A/P, A/R, payroll, month-end close, etc.). Responsibilities include reviewing monthly and quarterly financials including all supplemental and supporting schedules; assisting with quarterly board preparation and analysis; preparation of monthly balance separation sheet and income statement flux (variance) analysis, preparation of monthly gross margin schedules and supporting analyses; preparation and update of weekly cash flow forecast report; preparation of annual budget and interim financial forecasts; managing and optimizing cash flows. This position serves as key liaison between Accounting/Finance and other departments, including reviewing monthly P&L's with department heads, drives operational efficiencies across the organization, prepares monthly "Controller's Letter" with presentation to the senior team. Responsible also for analyzing key operational metrics and developing action steps, and reviewing, assessing and maintaining appropriate levels of internal controls within the organization. Requirements for this position include 4 - 7 years' audit experience (Big 4 preferred), CPA (or actively pursuing degree), knowledge of retail and/or catalog operations (warehouse, distribution, call centers and marketing) is desired, intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (Lotus 123 and data base experience preferred), strong technical knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting, highly analytical and intellectual aptitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task, shuffle priorities and work independently.

Graphic Artist/Merchandising Assistant - Delray Beach
Join Levenger's Merchandising team in the design and development of Levenger branded products for sale to consumers through Levenger’s Web, direct mail and retail channels. This position designs and provides technical specifications for products and packaging, communicates with printers and suppliers about artwork, proofs, samples, and edits catalogs and website for accuracy. This individual will review vendor samples, compile and manage accurate product information through all phases of the product’s life cycle, and work with the Quality Analyst to ensure all products meet Levenger standards. Position requires Mac and PC, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, InDesign, Microsoft Office and Excel to prepare documents/spreadsheets related to product setup and launch.

V.P. Product Development - Delray Beach
The Vice President of Product Development is responsible for leading the product development team towards developing the future product roadmap for Levenger. This position requires a strong understanding of quality construction, product design, manufacturing, and consumer trends. Product innovation and meeting customer needs to inspire productivity are at the heart of our brand. The VP of Product Development will work with the product development team to identify growth opportunities aligned with our customers' needs and our brand value proposition. The product development team is responsible for creating and executing original designs from concept through production with a focus on trends, innovation, function, design, value and quality. This involves the invention and development of entirely new products but also improving upon existing products.
The VP of Product Development will directly manage two Senior Product Managers, two Product Managers and a Quality Analyst. In addition, this position works closely with the purchasing department for sourcing and financial planning. The VP should be an experienced manager, capable of working with a mix of junior and executive-level employees and have a good balance of strategic capabilities as well as significant hands-on tactical abilities. The VP of Product Marketing serves as a leader for all product development and works collaboratively with finance, purchasing, marketing, creative, I.T. and operations. This position reports to the SVP of Marketing, Merchandising & Creative.
Requirements include 8-10 years of senior product design and innovative creation experience; brand development, management and P&L experience; experience developing full product assortments for an upscale proprietary brand; proven ability to analyze trends and leverage historical data to facilitate decision making; passion for design and staying current with trends; bachelors degree in a related field, including industrial design, fashion design, engineering, or business.

V.P. Marketing - Delray Beach
The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for driving the growth and development of the Levenger brand with ownership of the overall marketing P&L. This involves identifying and prioritizing growth strategies, forecasting and developing plans to meet goals, managing and optimizing marketing spending, identifying and implementing innovative ROI positive e-commerce initiatives, and overseeing branding and identity work. The ideal candidate will have worked for a multi-channel brand and been involved in marketing, e-commerce, and catalog operations. In-depth, hands-on e-commerce experience is a must. The VP should be an experienced manager, capable of working with a mix of junior and executive-level employees and have a good balance of strategic capabilities as well as significant hands-on tactical abilities. Digital Image - Retoucher Specialist - Delray Beach
We are seeking a full-time web image retoucher to join our fast-paced, award-winning creative team. This position works with our creative team to prepare and color-correct images that are used in the sale of our products online, including online marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include producing the product images used on our web site; retouching images to ensure the color matches our product samples; cropping, composing and sizing of images, accuracy of images; ensuring proper naming conventions and detailed image management.
Requirements include strong Photoshop skills including the ability to create clipping paths, and experience using masking, layers, alpha channels, action steps and droplets to streamline image processing. This is a full-time position assisting our team in the design and production of web images and requires experience with image retouching, layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, photography, HTML, web and online proficiency. We use MAC & PC platforms, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver. CSS, InterDev or Visual Studio experience a plus. Degree, related work experience in an ecommerce environment, or combination preferred.
