First off the cover was not on the pillow and I had to wrestle one off to but the other on. With arthritis that was quite a challenge. For the money I would have expected it to be covered in the color of the advert.
Second- the arms do NOT have the range of motion that is claimed in the description. Maybe after some use it will loosen up but right now they are close together which makes writing a little uncomfortable and putting one arm up is impossible.
It is good support for reading - and comfortable.
If I would have known that cover came separate I would have only gotten the neutral color and saved the money and made one myself.

Exactly what it says on the tin!
As a disabled adult I am required to pretty much help myself when it comes to therapy at home and this has enabled me to sleep and join the rest of my family.
The help I received ordering and shipping to England was brilliant and when it arrived it was good to go and I was using it within the hour, and I have not had a moment when I haven't been either using it or raving about it!
