Aesthetically Pleasing
As an Origami enthusiast, I ordered these to add that aspect to notebooks and journals that I use frequently. I very much like that the way they look blends well with whatever cover is on the notebook, rather than looking as if one had placed an oversized, clumsy looking gadget as a bookmark. The negative for me is the holding power of the magnets . I believe that the magnets need to be oblong rather than round and slightly stronger. The bookmarks don't slip off the page, but they go askew. Additionally, they do not hold well on the Circa paper that I use. They are much better used on thinner (?) or more lightweight paper. If the magnets held well, the price would be acceptable, but the current weak magnets diminish the value of these particular bookmarks . . . yet I like the concept.
