Case for a Poem Notes etched in my palm. A pocket for storing thoughts. One for dreams to come. April 19, 2010
Poem I am time tested. I have weathered many falls and puddles. I have survived the quick clutches and moisten mouths of babes. I am trusted. The must sure packed necessity placed in the travel bag. I am the first placed on the list of must take to the meeting. I am easy. I am complimented. I have an elegance all of my own. I am lasting. April 15, 2010
Where I go, it goes. One of these little guys goes with me every where I go, filled with their personalized, nice-stock cards. Great for catching ideas, leaving notes, you name it. I'm buying two more as gifts for friends - and I'm sure they'll be pleased. Fits nicely in s standard men's shirt pocket or a suit jacket inside pocket. October 16, 2013
Constant note taker Second pocket briefcase purchased. First case lasted 13 years of almost everyday use. That case never lost any integrity in construction, the leather finally wore out from constant handling throughout the course of all day use. Could not imagine being without one. If you need to jot things down, this case is far superior to any electronic gizmo. Make quick notes then sort out thoughts later when reviewing your day. September 14, 2013
Quality not there My wife bought me a pocket briefcase back in the early 90s, and I LOVED it! Since the age of 10, I've always felt naked without a pocketknife, and that can be said of the pocket briefcase. Then, I lost it. I purchased another, and it just wasn't anyway near as good as the original. The leather was thinner, making the whole thing flimsy. I fixed this by placing a sheet of aluminum in the middle card slot to stiffen. The other problem is that the slots for holding the cards in place for writing are sloppy. The cards have too much room to move up and down. All in all, a far inferior product to the one I bought from this same company over 20 years ago. September 1, 2013
Versatile; holds Passport perfectly Works as a passport holder / travel wallet too!! June 30, 2013
Rich + Sophisticated This mini portfolio is perfect for carrying 3x5 notecards. The leather and craftsmanship are outstanding. With three pockets, plenty of room to store addl cards, business cards, receipts and cash. Makes a very elegant and sophisticated presentation. I like mine so much I give them out as gifts. Handy! I bought this to replace bulky 8 1/2 X 11 sheets of paper that we commonly punch holes in and place in binders. The binders get heavy and we keep having to update the information. With this SPB, I got rid of all the paper, and all I have to do is write my information on each card; when I make that visit, I take the card off the front and place it into the wallet portion. When I am done at the end of the day, I shred the cards (they have health-protected info). Much more convenient than carrying a heavy binder! May 4, 2013
