Levenger Staff Briefduffel
Was very excited to see this bag offered. As a teacher, I have become the "tote bag queen," however, I wanted something a little nicer for travel. This bag has a nice variety of pockets, which often is missing in bags this size. The end pockets are great for stashing a water bottle once you have cleared airport security. The only design flaw that I noticed was the padded shoulder strap. If you need to substantially shorten the strap, the shoulder pad will not slide over the strap hardware,so you can no longer use the shoulder pad. This was a disapointment, as my bag is often stuffed and heavy.

Don't want a bag that screams Gym Duffle?
If you want something that can go from the office to the gym or a weekend trip with style, this is a good option. First, I was surprised at how lightweight the bag is. Nice for something that looks substantial. Because of the leather, "tossing it in the washing machine" is not an option so I scotch-guarded the exterior for protection. It is very roomy and the only thing I wish it had was a separate compartment for the laptop/notebook. Without it, those items fall over. A more rigid bottom would be nice but overall, it meets my need of having a packed gym bag or weekend bag at the office that didn't look like a packed gym bag. Distinctive enough that when I travel, it's easy to spot because there aren't a million other bags like this one around. Internal stash pockets are 5 inches deep with one pocket 3 inches wide and the other 4.5 inches wide. The internal zip pocket is 12 inches wide and 6 inches deep for you to stash things you don't want easily pickpocketed. Lastly, nice that it has handles and detachable shoulder strap.
