Levenger Ordering Information


The Levenger Guarantee
We promise to deliver quality and value in every Levenger product. If you are not 100% satisfied, please let us know and we'll make it right.

Security
  • We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using a 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.  This SSL is the strongest encryption available.
  • It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
  • Levenger.com uses HACKER SAFE to ensure your personal information cannot be read by hackers.

Please note: while it's safe to order online through our Web site, we do not recommend that you send a credit card order through an email. Email is not encrypted and is not a secure means to transmit a credit card number.

Shipping Information
USPS/SmartPost: Subtract $2.00 from FedEx Ground; 9% for orders $200 and over (8-12 business days): Orders ship in multiple boxes, which may arrive separately. An additional $5.00 will be added for each additional shipping address. We reserve the right to upgrade your shipment at our expense.

FedEx Ground Delivery: 10% for orders $200 and over (5-8 business days): Orders are shipped to a street address only and require a daytime phone number. Delivery of items in stock normally takes 5 to 8 business days. Orders may ship in multiple boxes, which may arrive separately. An additional $5.00 will be added for each additional shipping address.

FedEx 2nd Day: Add $15 to FedEx Ground (2-4 business days): We offer rush service on in-stock items only, for delivery in 2 to 4 business days to the 50 states. (Back orders ship ground.) Please call if you have questions. Not available for P.O. Boxes. Some heavy and oversized furniture items are excluded. Please call 800-667-8034 if you have questions.

Next Day Air: Orders placed by 11:30AM ET, Monday-Friday will ship same day. Customized orders add two more days. Can not ship to a P.O. Box. Some heavy and oversized furniture items are excluded please call 800-667-8034 for availability.

Saturday delivery: Please call 800-667-8034.

Furniture and oversized items: We ship furniture and extra-heavy or oversized items within the contiguous U.S. Most require additional shipping charges, which are listed after each product price.

Reduced shipping charges: Certain products ship ground at a special reduced rate, which is indicated near the price line. All pens ship ground for a flat reduced rate of $6.00.  Ink Cartridges and other refills ship free (excluding bottled ink).

Order Confirmation
We can confirm shipment of your order to your email address whether you order online, by phone or fax, or through the mail. From time to time we will also email you news of special offers from Levenger that we think you may enjoy.

Assembly
If you require assistance with assembling your items, we recommend National Assembly Services. Look for this symbol for products that they can assemble. National Assembly Services is an independent company that’s familiar with our products and has helped many of our customers with assembly. Call them toll-free at 866-627-7400 to schedule a service call. They can be at your home or office as soon as 48 hours after you receive your items to assemble them. Fees for this service are based on your location, the types of items and the number of pieces to assemble.

Exchanges and Returns Made Easy
To return merchandise for credit or exchange, simply ship the items prepaid and insured to: Levenger Returns Department, 3530 East Raines Road, Suite 102, Memphis, TN 38118. Please enclose your packing slip, after completing the information on the back. In the event you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call our Customer Care representatives at 800-545-0242 or click here to e-mail us at: orders@levenger.com , for instructions on returning and obtaining a replacement. For Canadian customers, in the event a refund of taxes is due because merchandise was returned, the customer authorizes Revenue Canada to forward to Levenger’s agent any approved refund of duties and taxes. Levenger will be solely responsible for refunding the customer’s duties and taxes. For other International customers, call 561-276-4141 for assistance on returns and exchanges. Monogrammed and personalized items are not returnable.

Credit Cards
All prices and transactions shown are in U.S. dollars. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and Discover/BRAVO/NOVUS. Credit cards are charged at the time of shipment from our facility. We do not accept POs or COD orders.

Bill Me Later®
Bill Me Later® is a convenient and secure new payment method designed for purchasing on the web or over the phone. As a credit account, Bill Me Later® provides you with the flexibility to purchase without using your credit card. Bill Me Later® is offered through Chase Manhattan Bank USA, National Association (The Bank) and is only available to US customers who are at least 18 years of age. Subject to credit approval.

Taxes
For orders shipped to Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Tennessee and Virginia, add state and local sales tax to merchandise total. You will see the correct tax on your order acknowledgement.

Packaging
Much of what you see in our Webstore you'll find only at Levenger, so gift-giving and receiving are more satisfying.

Gift boxes: For selections that come gift boxed, you won't even need to wrap them. Our boxes are a beautiful, high-gloss sage green and are laminated for extra strength.

Personalized message: We will be happy to include a presentation card personalized with your message, free of charge.

Gift Cards: Levenger Gift Cards begin at $25 and are available by phone, on the Web or in our Boston, Boca Raton, Tysons Corner and Memphis stores. We send them Priority Mail domestically for just $4.00 each, and $8.00 each for Fedex 2-day.

Monograms/Personalized Items
A number of our products can be monogrammed with 3 initials. Please list them in this order: first, middle, last. For personalized cards and other products, print your lines of type exactly as you want us to reproduce them. Monogrammed and personalized items are not returnable.
