I wanted to love them... I bought these today as I had quickly filled the capacity of the 3/4" discs that came with my notebook and needed more space. They work just fine, but I wish the flat sides were polished the way the edges are polished. They have a completely matte finish, and don't even have the circular inscribing that the 3/4" discs have. If you don't like shiny, then you may really like these, as the colors are really a nice combination. Maybe I need to get used to more of the interior of the disc showing, since these are so much larger, but if Levenger is looking to make an improvement, I think polishing the inside is the way to go.
