Discover the productivity power of Circa Keep & Share Notes
Use these Circa notepads to ramp up your productivity another notch. These perforated Keep & Share Notes are ideal for delegating and keeping track of tasks.
Use the two sides of the Keep & Share Notes together...
Delegate and follow up on the same sheet. Five soft color blocks on each sheet help you keep track of what you’re delegating (the Keep sheet) and they’re doing (the Share sheet). The Share sheets, which have the dateline, are perforated for you to give to the doer. Keep the other side in your notebook as a record of what you delegated. If you lend items frequently, use the Keep side to note what you loaned, when, and to whom. On the Share side, include a gentle reminder of the return date. Save your memory for other things---just tear and share.
…or use the two sides independently
Use the non-perforated left side (the Keep sheet) for short notes or flashes of inspiration. Use the perforated right side (the Share sheet) for reminders to yourself. Place them in your wallet, on your pillow, in your bike basket, by your charging station---wherever you’re likely to need a memory jog.
  • Set of 2 Circa-punched pads, 25 sheets each
  • 5 different color blocks help define 5 different notes per sheet
  • Perforated right-hand side for neat tear-and-shares of notes
  • Nonperforated left-hand side stays in your notebook
  • Levenger high-quality, 100-gsm paper holds up to repeated use
  • Each pad, 8 1/2W x 11H

Great idea Geat prduct. The person next to me ran out of paper and I was able to give them half of mine so we could both keep taking notes. October 24, 2014
Great Coaching Tool I use this in my coaching practice. It helps keep track f commitments that have been made and key areas we discuss in the course of a session. They love it when I can perforate the important agreements and next step actions and hand it to them at the end of our time together. Many times, they will post the sheet directly o their workstation. It creates a great visual reminder. July 6, 2014
