100 Special Request PDA Full Page Ruled Refills
I use these cards to record food counts for the day. They are just the right size for a day's listing, and it allows me to look back a day or two for a count (calories, protein, carbs, calcium, etc.) on a leftover, so I don't have to calculate it all over again. It also reminds me of what I have eaten that day, so far. It's very easy to conveniently forget something without the list right there to remind me. When I've used up all the cards, I take them out of the PDA and put fresh ones in. Easy! If I want to keep them, I can put a rubber band around the bundle. Otherwise, I just recycle them. This method has kept my weight on target for several years.
