Great paper but one problem I love these pads -- the paper is a fine quality that never catches the nib. My only gripe is that if my notes spill to the back side of the page or to the next page, I have to chose to either tear out the sheet I started on and flip it over OR turn it over the top binding of the pad. In the first instance, it increases the likelihood that I will lose the page, and in the second the page becomes curled at top and when I then try to bind it in a notebook . . . otherwise a great pad. I will continue to purchase these. July 24, 2014
Great notepades I love these note pads. I have used them for years and love the way they feel and the way they are set up. However, like some other reviewers I have noticed that in the last year or two the paper isn't as smooth. It would be great if Levenger would revert to the old paper. July 17, 2014
Great quality paper worth the expense I've been using these since I bought the iPad mini folio and the quality of paper is excellent especially for a fountain pen user. While the pads for Junior are expensive (even for a paper snob like myself) I have found that I am now using them even without the folio - which is one of the best products ever designed. I too, would like to see more of a variety in the Junior size, colors and styles - storyboard etc. July 3, 2014
Best. Paper. Anywhere. If you care about the paper you write on, there is only one place to get good quality notepads -- Levenger. My husband uses a fountain pen and says only Levenger paper will do for him. It's a bit pricey, but since we use this paper all the time, it's a luxury we appreciate every day. July 3, 2014
high quality paper Will use with the iPad mini case purchased from Levengers. Thick and very good quality paper. June 19, 2014
can never have enough Love the quality, fell and how easily it takes fountain pen. rollerball, ballpoint or pencil. no matter what you write with, this is the right paper June 12, 2014
Junior Size? The Junior-sized pads are not the same size as Junior-sized circa paper???? I ordered these pads and a circa punch with the intent of taking notes on the pad paper and punching/circa binding the worthwhile notes. I'm disappointed the pad paper is smaller than the circa standard junior size. May 2, 2014
Great Pads! I use legal pads on a daily basis. These pads are great for just about anything! They feel great, the writing feels different no matter what pen I'm using, and the annotation makes note taking incredibly effective. April 8, 2014
Notetaker I take a lot of notes in meetings and creat to do lists everyday. So the small notepads work for me. I like the categories on the pad and the side panel to write a lengthier reminder of things I need to complete.may not be useful for narrative writing. Better for lists. February 2, 2014
Excellent Writing Pads I purchased these pads for the first time and I am very pleased. The pads are substantial with both the 24 pound paper weight (90 gsm) and the heavy backing to the pad. Also, I compared the pad to others with my Levenger stub nib and Montblanc 149 that I usually write with. Both Montblanc and Levenger inks respond better on this paper than other freeleaf pads I have used and the nibs write more smoothly and don't skip. I will definitely be buying these pads from now on!
