Circa Balanced Life Stepped Project Notebook
Very useful purchase
I love this stepped notebook. And have bought 2 at the sale price. It is a good value for the sale price. It has changed my life by providing a simple way to organize various areas of my life. I keep it with me all the time and have become much more productive in all areas of my life!

Circa is great!
I have all sizes .. extra large. letter & junior -- but I never had gotten this smaller size (I 'travel light' .. and this is a very
good size that will fit into a pocket or a small bag). Levenger has many very high quality items: if my house wasn't too full of, mainly, genuine antique furniture already (including 2 'barrister bookcases that'd belonged to my paternal grandfather who was a lawyer ... as well as 2 bedroom sets), I would order those from Levenger. I have never been 'disappointed' by a single thing I have bought

Where have you been all my life?
I LOVE this product. I have so many small projects within larger projects and I finally found a way to manage them all. And because the sheets are removable and replaceable it is PERFECT!

Great for multiple projects and trouble remembering what needs to be done when! Wish you offered more colors.

Must-Do's get done now
This little notebook sits on top and front and center of my desk. As a multi-tasker, this really helps me to focus on the projects that are goal-oriented.
Just flip open the cover and see (and easily tucks new thoughts) behind each heading. Gave one as a gift, too!

Practical & Efficient
I have used the Circa products and Stepped Project pages for years (when the Stepped pages were offered by Franklin Covey). This new combination of the stepped pages in the Circa format are the best of both worlds.
I would like to see Levenger offer refill pages for the Stepped Project Notebook since I have lots of rings and covers!
I added dividers to further organize this disc binder

Things don't fall off my plate anymore!
The Stepped Project Notebook is the solution to multitasking at work. I have multiple projects at work, and was overwhlemed with to-do lists. I would forget about projects that were not right in front of me. This stepped design allows me to see the titles of the projects I am working on, without being overwhelmed by the tasks associated with each. I relate the different size pages to the size of each project - Larger projects are on larger pages, smaller on smaller pages. I list daily/monthly reminders on the smallest page in the front as a reminder. Julie Morgernstern's time saving and organziational techniques are exactly what I have been searching for! Thanks!

Stoked about Stepped
I'm chronically disorganized. My desk invariably turns into a pile of papers; and I have a terrible time keeping track of details.
Counterintuitively, in my work I've become responsible for a number of projects, each with a myriad details. Although my work is primarily digital, I manage better with visual systems.
I've only been using this notebook for a few days, but I'm already finding it to be extremely effective. I keep written summaries of my projects in the notebook, so I can refer quickly to important details when asked a question. I'm crossing my fingers. This might be a system that works for me.
Levenger, PLEASE create refills for this notebook. I already own a number of junior-size covers, and it's a waste to keep buying more. (In fact I'm about to buy 5 more of these notebooks).

An Efficient and Useful tool
This Stepped Project Notebook is a very efficient and useful addition to the Circa line. Professionally I routinely have several projects occurring simultaneously. This notebook became instantly useful upon arrival, as its format allows me to quickly turn to the project in question and stay on-task. As a matter of fact, I just ordered another.

An Exceptional Organizational Mechanism
I, also, have separate Stepped Project notebooks for areas such as Books and Reading, in which each book that I read is a "Project" and the stepped system allows me to separately detail specifics of the book's content, quotations, references and further reading, and the outline for a book review.
In a sense, each "Project" section is a gathering point for notes, thoughts and ideas, info from publications and others, etc.
A quote from Behance summarizes the role the Stepped Project notebooks play in my life: "Peace of mind and productivity starts when you know where everything is!" And this system helps me achieve that.
