The bloom is always on this rose (or tulip)
This Redouté paperweight is a lovely reason why desks still need paper. The images of the rose and tulip are reproductions of two of the famous flowers of Pierre-Joseph Redouté (1759-1840), known as the Audubon of botanical art. Redouté’s botanical name and print number, along with his signature, are reproduced on the illustration, which is set in a poured glass casing.
