We had a power outage last night and with this light I was able to continue working on my levenger desk and notebooks with little interruption. It is useful, faithful to work when you need it most and easy to use. I am buying the double one so I can leave a light in the car for traveling.

Excellent Light
This is a really excellent book light-probably the best one I have ever used, and I have used plenty! The dual lamps are excellent, and it lights up 2 pages of a book with only one lamp easily. I have not had any problems with it turning on inadvertently at all. It also has an optional micro mini adapter available so it is very battery effecient as you can use it either way. Truly an excellent light for reading, and I highly recommend it!!

Poor Switch Design
The light itself (two levels of brightness) works great with my Kindle. The battery life is great. The drawback relates to the on/off switch. I travel with my Kindle and book light. The switch on top of the light is easily activated inside my briefcase. I will open my briefcase to find the light on and the batteries dying. I have to remove the batteries to prevent this from happening. Not desirable to replace/remove batteries in mid flight. Otherwise, a solid product.
