Nice quality but poor function

I so wanted this to work. I purchase it in February, used it one day, and it has since been sitting in a box waiting time for me to return it (busy traveling).

It is a beautiful iPad holder - but functionally it fails. The camera hole is misaligned so that I cannot take pictures through it unless pushing the iPad mini into the perfect angle which takes more time than removing it entirely would.

A bigger issue is the tiny hole to hit the home button. Perhaps I have giant fingers. To use this I have to use my pinky finger to hit the button.
