Marley Teardrop Multt Zip Backpack
Neat, stylish & functional
I just love this bag! I have used it for about 6 months & it still looks. It has lots of pockets, is not heavy & fits everything I need, ipad, kindle, phone, purse, small notebook & pen, tissues, wipes & a mini first aid, yet it is so compact! I love its classy, non bulky look, yet it has a surprising capacity. I chose the gorgeous red :-)

Received Compliments on day 1 and I LOVE IT!
This looks great whether at a client or out with friends. Lightweight and fits most things I need with me at all times. The description is completely accurate. And the plum color is so unusual and really nice looking! Thank you, Levenger!

this is great
One of if not the best bag I have. Enough compartments to organize my belongings without being bulky. I appreciate the security of having two sections that are against your back and not exposed when used as backpack. Being hands free is nice

softest and best designed
This backpack is the most supple and well designed purse I have. Don't let the smaller size fool you. It carries everything I need. Also the color of the red is fabulous. I'm going to buy another in a different color.

At last I found a classy backpack purse!
After much research and shopping for something to compare to this purse and to no avail, I chose to purchase this one. It is what I expected. One feature that could be improved is the zipper of the main compartment. Can you conceal it a little more, or at least make it more difficult for someone to "unzip" it? My friend bought one in Germany and the zipper is harder for someone to unknowingly get into her purse.

The quality of materials and construction is impressive. My sole regret is that there are not organizer pockets on the inside front of the bag.

I love the color and the functionality of the bag. I am able to put my Ipad air, Galaxy 5 phone and a number of other necessities in it without straining the bag or my shoulders.

Lovely bag, but beware
I love every aspect of this bag - the design, size, compartments, color (plum), quality and durability of the leather, but beware. Wearing a white shirt, I used this backpack on a not very rigorous hike and was so surprised to find purple stains where the straps meet the sleeves. It seems the bag should not be used when there is the possibility of moisture.

I loved this so much I replaced it with another one, and my husband carries one too. It makes a handsome, highly organized purse that does not strain an injured shoulder, for one can carry it by its handle or wear it as a backpack or frontpack. When I travel, I wear it in front of my body like an infant. The pockets are perfect for easy-access items like glasses, kleenex, earphones or tape measure, and checkbook. The pocket inside is perfect for my iPhone, with tiny pockets for my professional calling cards. The main compartment holds my Levenger "Road Scholar" and Levenger pencil case as well as one or two other little items. The handle accommodates my keys. The zippers and stitching are sturdy. Great buy!

Lovely purple backpack
I am really glad I bought this and use it consistently. My back had started hurting, so I had to give up just carrying a purse/briefcase/bag with just a single shoulder strap. Two shoulder straps to equally distribute the weight helped alleviate the pressure/pain. Broader and slightly padded straps would work better, but these are adequate. I'd prefer a bigger backpack, but it can handle most of what I need and still looks professional enough for work. I like all the pockets, though I could cheerfully handle a few more. :) The pen loops don't work for me - too small for most of my pens and the ones that fit also fall out. I don't find the two small outside zip pockets very useful (I keep forgetting they are there and what is in them) - but the longer outside zip pocket is handy for a charging cord and a lens cloth or kleenex and I stick a couple of granola bars in the back magnetic pocket for when meetings keep me from lunch. Initially I kept my kindle inside the main, but once I added the three pen holder and the two pen & glasses case from Levenger, my kindle didn't fit easily anymore. (My kindle has a protective leather cover, which doubles how thick it is.) I also fit in my keys, checkbook, and id; then I'm out of room. :( Ah, well, my kindle's normally in my hands, anyway, so I can read while I walk - and then everything fits. :) I'd like it if the dimensions were a bit bigger and there was a dedicated space/pocket/divider? for the iPad or tablet or kindle. As usual with Levenger, I bought this on sale, as I'd otherwise think it too expensive. That said, it is an excellent, well-designed backpack in a lovely color - an good blend of usefulness and professionalism. In the nearly eight months I've used it, it's still in near perfect shape. A couple of the leather edges are worn and a bit of leather on one corner and on the straps. I hope this purse lasts a while, considering the cost (I'd expect leather to be more durable than cloth). That said, bigger dimensions (WxDxH) and wider & thicker/padded shoulder straps would prompt me to quickly buy another.
