eCommerce SEO & PPC Manager - Delray Beach
We seek an ecommerce SEO & PPC Manager to work under the direction of the V.P. of Marketing and in conjunction with all functional areas in the development and execution of online marketing strategies. Position will review customer acquisition and retention performance using web analytics tools and will make changes to on-line marketing campaigns to optimize sales performance and customer acquisition efforts. Position will work to achieve revenue, cost, customer acquisition, conversion and strategic goals for internet marketing initiatives. This position will make recommendations on new customer acquisition, customer retention, marketing campaigns and SEO/SEM strategy to coordinate with other on-line and off-line initiatives. Candidates must have expert knowledge to measure new customer acquisition, conversion, website performance and marketing campaigns, and have experience managing the internet advertising and SEO function within a multi-channel environment. Understanding of website structure, internet marketing, SEO, PPC, shopping portals, affiliates, retargeting and other internet advertising sources required. Five years' managing and leading internet customer acquisition, retention and advertising in an integrated multi-channel marketing environment required; direct marketing experience preferred. Position requires a bachelor's degree, preferable in marketing, business administration or finance.

This key position is responsible for building, developing and maintaining the Company's brand image and identity across all marketing channels--catalog, retail stores and Web--through the production of creative content. Position requires 15+ years of experience in the creative marketing field, with at least 5 years' experience leading a creative team in the retail industry, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and technical design and production experience in a Mac-based environment.

Senior Web Developer/Team Lead - Delray Beach
We seek a Sr. Web .Net Software Developer to be responsible for building ASP.Net applications and Web Services using Visual Studio 2008 and .Net 3.5.
