Levenger is seeking a Senior Accountant to assist the Controller and Accounting Director with budgeting, month and year-end closings, forecasting and analysis. Responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing the Company's monthly performance and assisting with cost savings initiatives. Position coordinates inventory, overseeing the Company's periodic physical inventories and/or cycle counts at all locations and reconciling material differences. Senior Accountant analyzes the Company's monthly, quarterly and annual performance versus prior years actuals and current year budget, prepares periodic forecasts based on changing business conditions, performs financial analysis and reports recommendations to management. Preferred candidate will have audit experience, bachelors degree in accounting, knowledge of retail and catalog operations, spreadsheet skills, knowledge of accounting principles and practices. CPA a plus.
Web Designer - Delray Beach
Join our creative team at our headquarters in Delray Beach. This full-time position reports to the Vice President Creative and is responsible for the execution of online marketing programs to promote Levenger's internal products and services. Primary duties include construction of 3 to 5 full-product emails weekly, complete with coordinated web-based banner images and promotional support. You will have experience using HTML and CSS to maintain the company brand integrity through email campaigns, and to perform day-to-day Web updates. A strong design sense is required, as well as minimum 3 years' experience web programming (Classis ASP, .Net, Framework). Demonstrated proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Dreamweaver required; Flash experience a plus. Candidates will have a bachelor's degree or combination of education and related work experience and will be asked to submit portfolio of original web design work.
Director of e-Commerce - Delray Beach
The Director of e-Commerce will work closely at our headquarters in Delray Beach, in conjunction with key stakeholders across functional areas in the development and execution of online marketing strategies. This individual will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and insight into Levenger's business, measuring and analyzing campaign and product performance, and providing the management team with regular reporting on business and operational trends. Accountable for generating revenue, cost targets, customer acquisition, and driving strategy for current and future internet marketing initiatives as part of an integrated multi-channel direct marketing plan, this position requires 3-5 years' experience managing the e-Commerce marketing function for an integrated multi-channel retailer, including management and professional development of people. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing or a relevant field such as e-Marketing or Business Administration. Experience with web analytics tools and catalog direct marketing techniques, expertise in website design, development and deployment, online marketing strategy, and search engine optimization, along with solid MS Office skills required.
Assistant Product Manager - Delray Beach
Join our merchandising team at our Delray Beach headquarters. This position is responsible for acquiring and tracking product information through all phases to delivery. Position supports a product manager, communicates with vendors, identifies market trends and competitive products, requests and coordinates sample products, and provides clerical and administrative assistance. You will work with quality assurance to ensure all products meet or exceed standards. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask and prioritize are required. Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience with minimum 2 years' experience in product management and/or marketing in a retail, catalog or web industry preferred.
