Pencil aficionados from John Steinbeck to Thomas Wolfe have sung the praises of the Palomino Blackwing pencil, which was originally created in the 1930s by Eberhard Faber. Many corporate acquisitions later and amid dropoff of pencil enthusiasm, this beloved pencil was discontinued...but not forgotten. Charles Berolzheimer II has brought it back.

Palomino REPLACEMENT erasers I am ordering the pencils, and a set of erasers. I believe these are going to be replacement erasers for the end of the pencils themselves, and are not meant to be held in the hand. I am hoping that they and the pencils will hold up under the rigorous use of the d20 gamer. January 30, 2012

Misleading picture I ordered these erasers as a present for a friend who is a writer, but was VERY disappointed when they arrived. The photo makes it appear as if they are the same size as normal erasers but they are tiny. I don't know how anyone could even hold these erasers without dropping them. I'll definitely be returning them. November 19, 2011
