Circa Letter Weekly Agenda 2012
Best Weekly Planner!
I know some people have been disappointed with the changes made in the planner this year, but I absolutely love it! I've been using this planner for several years now, and have found it invaluable as a busy teacher, whose schedule differs every day. Without this planner, I'd be lost! It's big enough so that I can write down all the different places I need to be and I love the notes section at the bottom of each day. I also am super happy with the heavier paper that they used this year--that's going to make it hold up even better than it used to. (And it's always held up in the past!) I never used the monthly inserts, and used to take them out and/or staple the pages together, so that I just had a year of weeks, which is exactly what the layout is this year! So I'm thrilled! They also got rid of a lot of the extra pages with unnecessary info like time-zones etc, that I used to throw away anyway, so basically, it has everything I need, and not many useless extras. If people want the monthly calendar, I know Levenger sells monthly tabs, so they could add those in. I love, love, love this planner and can't imagine my life without it! I will buy it every year!

There's good news and not so good news
Love the heavier paper, but miss the monthly calendars

As Levenger knows I am a big fan of Circa and buy the agenda yearly. But this redesign is bad. I basically agree with the earlier comments. The key monthly planning features have been removed. I like a clean start for the month, and a monthly summary sheet and a recap sheet and notes. These are gone from 2012! WHY? Also the old page layout was better. It is nice you are returning to the classic for 2013, but I have to suffer through the year.

Not so thrilled
I like using monthly tabs and this format doesn't work as well as the previous years. Love last year's. Wish that I had read the reviews earlier.

I started using the Circa weekly agenda for work several years ago and it changed the way my work-life runs dramatically. I loved that the weekly layout had a place for daily 'footnotes' and found that I had plenty of room for my daily schedule. I also found the monthly calendar at the start of each new month a truly useful tool for blocking out and seeing a snapshot of the month or a series of months (thanks to the way I can move pages around) That said, I was terribly disappointed when I started to set up my 2012 calendar and found that this element had been eliminated. I liked the inclusion of a 'task/meeting finished' checkbox on the daily calendar, but that in no way makes up for the loss of the monthly snapshot. For once, I wish I hadn't relied on my previous experience with a product and combed the product details looking for changes.

I purchased the 2011 Weekly organizer, and it included a monthly sheet and the beginning of each month. It was a great way to get a quick view of important events over the course of the month.
I was disappointed to discover that this monthly tap was not in the 2012 version, and that buying them seperately would cost an extra $25.
Otherwise, this is another great Levenger product.

Have been looking for a planner to replace a Julie Morgenstern out of production balanced life system. This is the perfect product, just the right amount of space to track appointments, and make a list of important reminders for each day. When open you can see your entire week AND the entire year in small monthly boxes at the bottom of each page. I also bought a few of the pocket dividers and so I was able to take all of my little piles of bills, etc.. and slip them into the agenda... it is like having my whole desk inside one compace space. And the best part is that at the end of the day I simple close it up and I am at peace!
