The "Luxe" of Circa Papers
If you want to treat yourself on a daily basis, Rhodia refill sheets are the way to go. Smooth, elegant paper is a tactile delight. AND, the ink is purple -- a surpise that delights every time you go to a sheet. Pricey, but I mix it in with regular refill sheets.

Excellent!
Rhodia Circa paper is excellent! Works great with Fountain Pens, and is a joy to write on.

My favorite paper
I have tried most of the Circa refills. This is my favorite. I started with the notebook as a chance to try it out without having 300 sheets. The crisp whiteness is beautiful, easy to write on, and keeps markers and ink pens from bleeding through better than most of the others. Not sure what to call it but it feels a little "shiny". In painting it would be glossy or eggshell compared to the standard matte feel. That small difference makes it my favorite. I will definitely get more!

Love this paper
I am a huge fan of Clairefontaine paper and have been for years. Finally having it available in American paper sizes for the Circa system is wonderful. But please, please, PLEASE offer it in full page dot grid, or full page ruled at the very least -- especially for the junior size!!

Great Circa Addition
This paper has brought me back to my Circa system. A paper that handles fountain pen ink well is a great addition. I would love to see the Dot Grid option added.

Perfect for Cornell Notes
This paper is excellent for taking notes following the Cornell Note taking method. As an old-fashioned law school student I take notes by hand and use the Cornell method. Before I found this paper I struggled along with regular computer paper and filler paper, both not well suited to fountain pen use (especially recycled computer paper).
This Rhodia paper is excellent for fountain pens. I can take notes quickly and there is virtually no bleed-through from any inks (I've used Levenger, Aurora, Private Reserve, and Diamine inks). Some inks might bleed, but generally that won't be a problem. Some inks take a little longer to dry than others (which can make turning the page to write on the back a little tricky if you're taking notes fast) but its reasonable, usually no more than about 10 seconds. The annotation bar is perfect for the Cornell method.
I agree with others that a full-ruled version (without annotation bar) would be excellent as well and I would like to see that soon. But, definitely keep making this too, its value is priceless for taking notes in class!
If you're looking for high quality annotated paper I don't think you can get much better than this. I highly recommend!

Excellent paper...but...
I have been using Levenger products, including the Circa line since college. I purchased these refills for a nice cloth Circa cover to use as a journal. I journal using a fountain pen, and this paper is absolutely perfect for that.
I only gave three stars on function for one reason. In the junior size, it is very difficult to write in the narrow space because of the real estate being taken up by the annotation area. This could be solved (for me personally) by using the letter size rather than the junior, but I prefer the smaller size for a journal.
What I would love to see (and is hopefully in the works) is a full page lined option in the junior size at least. This would provide more lined writing space and would make a huge difference.
Saying that, I absolutely love this paper. I have been writing on it with both Noodler and Swisher Pen ink with fountain pens as well as the new Visconti Eco Roller (which is utterly fantastic, by the way.)
Writing is smooth as silk with a quick to dry time and absolutely no bleed through at all. This was the reason I wanted to write on this wonderful Clairefontaine paper rather than my usual Moleskine.
I do realize that the Rhodia Webby notebook is available as well, but one of the main reasons I love the Circa systems are the lay-flat properties making it much easier to write closer to the binding.
Please, please, please Levenger, commission Rhodia for a full page lined version!!!!

Mildly disappointed
I prefer to write with a fountain pen, but on this paper the ink bleeds through, making the reverse side unusable, even though the paper is ruled on both sides.

Absolutely Fantastic !
These Circa refills with Rhodia are wonderful. I have tried nearly every organization tool available. For me, Circa is the very best - a perfect combination of flexibility and ease of use. I have been using Circa since it first came out.
However, I am also a lover of fountain pens. I like to use fountain pens for my every day work. Levenger paper, is very heavy, high quality and perfect for ballpoint or roller ball pens but, it is not effective for fountain pens. Ink takes a long time to dry on it, it bleeds through the paper, and I found myself constantly cleaning paper lint off of my nibs. For years, I have been using my Circa punch to put holes in Rhodia and Clairfontain paper.
Now, the highes quality paper for fountain pens is available with the convenience of being dropped right into the best organization system in the world.
Thank you Levenger !
Note to Levenger team: A Rhodia notepad pre-punched for Circa would be a wonderful addition.
Thanks for making the finest writing and reading products in the world.
