I forgot the stars in my previous review. The compact monthly pages with tabs are a good size for my purse and only required small rings. If you add the monthly pages back into the weekly planner, please still offer these monthly tab pages as a stand alone produce. Thank you.

Great improvement over 2011
The 2012 monthly calendary is a great improvement over the 2011 version. In 2011 you had to purchase the weekly planner in order to get the monthly view included. I threw away each of the weeks and then had to create my own stick on tabs to easily get to each month. This new 2012 version is great. No more need to waste money on the weekly pages. This gives you the 12 monthly views plus the annual pull out page. Each month comes with a lamintated tab to quickly get to the month you want. Only downside, the paper is pretty thick and glossy so it is hard to write on it with a pencil unless you press hard, which defeats the purpose of writing in pencil if you often reschedule events and need to erase like I do.
