Pricey but nice!
I personally like the gray ink; I think it looks nicer than black would for this item. Leather basket (red!) is cute and the whole set is quite classy. Certainly costs enough but kind of a fun addition to my desk.

overpriced but cute
The design of these pads is cute. I agree, there should be some sticky versions of the notes. However, I found the print quality sub-par. The font color is not really black--it's grey. That inkjet printer, possibly-running-out-of-ink grey. Handy to have, but I would not purchase again.

A Gift with Style and Function
We bought this package as a gift for a much loved teacher. The basket is functional, crafted to top quality leather, and the pads of thick and satisfying paper are handsome. Sure, it's a lot of money for scratchpads -- but what scratchpads! It will say to the recipient, we think the world of you.

Pleasing a daughter-in-law may not always be easy, but my work-at-home, busy Mom one was absolutely delighted with this gift. She loves notepapers, organization, and a splash of red! She also knew the quality when she saw the Levenger packaging. Thanks for helping me be a thoughtful mother-in-law!

I Love These!
I love these personalized pads, which now sit in a beautiful basket on my home office desk, conveniently ready for me to grab and write a quick note to a client or friend. I do agree with another reviewer who said it would be great if some of them were sticky pads.

Almost great
These note pads would have been perfect if some were sticky pads. If you enclose a note to someone, chances are you want it to stick to another sheet.
