Classy, Pure and Simple.
I was more than delighted with the service I received, plus the packaging is refined grace itself. I had plenty of questions concerning this purchase and the type of inks/refills used since it was a Mother's Day gift and I wanted it to be perfect. My service rep. went above and beyond to acquire the details I needed to make this the elegant statement piece that she, (my step-mother) is now in love with. I had to try it myself and the balance is such a pleasure to handle, and write with. I personally prefer a roller-ball action, and still I had a hard time giving her pen back. I must admit, I'm now lusting after her's and will have to have my own soon. Thanks for a beautifully designed product.

The Catalog Doesn't Do It Justice
When I bought my Kyoto, my medical assistant marveled at the pen. When I saw the cafe au lait in the catalog, it speced out like the Kyoto, just different appearance. I bought the cafe for my MA for Christmas. It was in stock and arrived promptly. The catalog picture failed to convey the true beauty and elegance. The gold clip and cap ring are the perfect compliment to the cream. The personalization was a bronze/gold that conveyed a victorian elegance n found in most contemporary pens. This is a perfect presentation of a high quallity pen.
