The softer side of the Palomino Blackwing Pencil
Pencil aficionados from John Steinbeck to Thomas Wolfe to E.B. White have sung the praises of the Palomino Blackwing pencil, which was originally created in the 1930s by Eberhard Faber. Charles Berolzheimer II has brought it back, now in a modified version with a slightly softer, smoother lead for artists.
