Lovely colors & so close to 'right'
The colors blend beautifully in the Ultraviolet - I have both the rollerball and the fountain pen. The pens are SO close, but in the end fall short of perfect.
First, I do not like the screw-on caps. The ridges are unsightly, uncomfortable, and disrupt what should be a smooth profile on the pen.
My second objection is specific to the rollerball pens. Levenger offers a rainbow of inks for fountain pens, but limits their rollerballs to commonplace blue or black. And the cartridges do not last longer than a month. Companies like Visconti have refillable inserts*, allowing their rollerballs to access to new ink colors AND keeping a bit of trash out of landfills. Can we hope that Levenger will follow suit? (*I have two Visconti pens and love them!)

Beauty and a Must Have
I love the True Writers and have several now. The violet just called out to me! It writes so well and the shades of violet are just beautiful. And I was excited about it going on sale. That helped me get it much quicker. Beauty and a Bargain.....ya can't go wrong!

beautiful pen
I love the color and smooth writing of this pen. It is just plastic, however and feels a bit light weight and cheap. Not as solid as I'd like a pen of this price to feel. I have a request for the product developers to consider - more choices of ink color for the rollerballs, please!

Another winner !!
I own many True Writer pens, and love them all, but this one was a must-have. The colors are outstanding. As usual, the feel of the pen, ease of writing, etc., keep it to Levenger's usual high standards.

Best True Writer to Date
Have a lot of True Writers (addict), but this is new favorite with the Plum Circa notebook. Agree with other reviewer. We need purple rollerball ink (and purple for ballpoints also. That would really make this perfect!

Love the Violet/Purple Color Option!
I have a number of the True Writer pens and love them. I am so glad to see a violet/purple option.
The only thing that would make this really super is if PURPLE INK was offered in felt tip or rollerball refills.

perfectly 'me'
finally... after SO many pens trying to find the perfect pen that matches my personality, my folios & binders, everything! I'm speechless... which... is a rare thing.
I will most definitely be ordering the Fountain Pen and Ball Point Pen. PLEASE... make matching Circa DISCS and... a PENCIL would be nice as well...
Pictures don't do this beauty justice.. there's several shades of plum so that it looks fabulous with the Eggplant Circa Folio that I'll use Clear Discs with for now... would also look nice with Black and could work with the aluminum purple discs but it's really not the same shade.
