Delighted!
I bought this bag in both colors. I was a little skeptical at first as I'm the type of person who normally uses a larger bag and FILLS IT! I decided to get this purse after an incredibly embarrassing moment when I asked my husband to look in my purse for our checkbook and he was horrified by the mess! So I was looking for something that would be stylish, neat looking and would force me to get organized and stop lugging around so much stuff. Bingo! When I first got it, I though no way, this will never work. Well after I had the brown one for 3 months I got the black one. I could not be happier. Nice job - you've succeeded in organizing a pocketbook packrat!

Wonderful.
I'm the type who uses one purse year-round. This one fits the bill. Sturdy, elegant, lots of storage. I require an attached wallet, and this one has a great one.

Good Little Bag
I'm a big Levenger fan, having purchased various other items over the years. I know their products are consistently high quality and this purse is no different. The feel of the bag is awesome and it looks well put together. I wondered if the magnet on the front purse flap would really be strong enough to keep the flap down and secure -- it is!!! I love the many compartments. However, the built-wallet compartment is where I wish things were a little different. The 2 pen holders are fairly useless unless you use a very narrow stick pen (I like fatter pens) and the holders are also too highly placed. I'd rather have one larger pen holder (little lower down) -or-- no pen holders and more credit card holder spaces (for drivers license, medical/dental cards, store membership cards, gift cards). I ended up going to a local store and buying a long, slim credit card holder for my most frequently accessed 6-7 cards that also has a window pocket on the reverse side for my driver's license. I keep this addt'l piece within the wallet area of the purse and it's very easy to pull out quickly when needed. The built-in change /dollar holder is a little difficult to get to the bottom to dig out change - wish that holder was a little wider. I've also had previous built-in wallets within purses that had slotted spaces for currency, even several slots to keep $1's separate from $5's/$10s/$20s, and I always really liked that -- this wallet space does not have that feature. Even with all this said, the purse is very nice and I've found workarounds to use it the way that it will serve me best. Overall, I'm not disappointed that I bought it and will use for a long time to come.

Perfect purse for me
This purse is perfect. Fabulous leather. I was alone and think I said "WOW!" when I opened the bag and touched the leather. It seems rugged and yet it makes you want to touch it because it feels so good. The main compartment easily fits my Kindle-Keyboard-3G with leather-lighted-cover on the Kindle. It feels safe in its cloth-lined compartment which helps for easy in and easy out with enough space to add the charger if I choose, or other items. The zippered back which hides compartmentalized storage opens to a wide 5 1/2" X 7" access opening so there is no trouble getting to the large zippered pouch across the bottom, pen and pencil loops (for full length writing tools), 6 credit-card holders, and 2 open-top pouches to hold cell phone or small wallet. In addition to the main zip compartment are 2 more zip access external pouches and a zipped pouch inside the main compartment. The purse appears to be small, yet it has terrific capacity. It will be a while before I fill all the compartments. The design is simple and stylish.

Lovely Bag
Impressed that it does the job of a big bag in a much smaller space. Also, quite light, even when full. I do miss the little window to insert the drivers license that I had in an earlier Levenger bag. Also, the location of the pen and pencil loops is too high, meaning that I can't zip the bag when the pen and pencil (the kind with clips) are in place. And I'd like to see more card slots. Other than that, perfect!

Great Little Bag!
I have always been a 'big' bag user, always having to carry a little of everything I might possibly need, however a recent visit to my chiropractor resulted in a 'suggestion' that I downscale my way too heavy shoulder bag. The Marley Crossbody holds the essentials & at first I thought I would only use it on shopping trips to free up my hands & keep from constantly re-adjusting the weight of my overstuffed bag, however I find the Marley holds everything I really need & my back is much improved. I love the size and the quality of the leather. The built in wallet section is also a plus. LOVE this bag!

really love this one
The description sounded like it would suit my needs, but what a surprise, it's even better than I expected! Bought it in brown and now will get a second in black. Roomy for Nook, phone, etc., with out looking bulky. Perfect!

Beautiful but limited
I get many compliments on the beautiful styling of my bag, but it definitely has its limits. For instance, it in no way weighs 0.4! It is leather, and is a very heavy bag before you put anything in it! Second, it is a tight fit, and I have a hard time getting my hand in to the zippered section where I keep money and credit cards. I used it for one year and will retire it. That's a lot of money to not use it again. I'm sorry I gave in to the urge, but I loved it; it is so beautiful and such excellent quality and craftsmanship.

Almost what I want
This purse has my two most important requirements: cross body strap and wallet substitution credit card slots and places for currency and coins. Well, three: cell phone place large enough for one with a case.
However, it's just not large enough to also accomodate a small container for cosmetics, tissue pack, pen & pencil, & ear buds without being totally full. No room for anything extra like recieipts, coupons, etc.
I have yet to find a larger purse that doesn't require a separate wallet. Just a couple extra inches wider and one inch wider might do it. Ideally, it'd hold my Kindle, too.

Much Complimented
I just got back from breakfast with a friend who complimented me on this bag and asked if she could look at its many storage compartments. When I showed her the zip-down organizer for credit cards in the back, her eyes glowed with envy.
I'd bought this bag earlier along with the smaller Marley Urbanizer, but didn't think this would work as well or look as attractive. But you have to use this bag to fully appreciate it. Great silhouette, endless storage and space, very practical in its layout and design, and luscious to the touch. I liked it so much I just bought a second in a different color and may go for the third version.
You cannot go wrong purchasing this bag. The quality is impeccable and it's worth every penny.
