PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
For the first time in the U.S., you can own this celebrated Otto Hutt ballpoint
Born in Germany’s Black Forest and shaped by the form-follows-function of Bauhaus, the pens of Otto Hutt have been pleasing European hands since 1920. Levenger is delighted to be bringing the first-ever U.S. offering of this precisely crafted writing instrument.

Enjoy the rare-metal barrel and solid brass spring clip
The lacquered barrel features electroplating using a rare metal in the platinum family called ruthenium. The whimsical design is a laser-etched floral. To this is added a spring clip that’s made of solid brass and finished in platinum. The cap is 925 sterling silver and comes with a polishing cloth. Each pen is etched with its own six-digit serial number recorded on the accompanying warranty card, making ownership unquestionable. The pen has a medium heft and a finely detailed craftsmanship that is the hallmark of an Otto Hutt. It comes in an ingenious gift box that doubles as a storage box.
  • Solid brass spring clip, plated in platinum
  • Twist the sterling silver cap to deploy
  • 5 1/4L x 3/8 diameter; 1.4 oz
  • Made in Germany
  • We recommend Levenger ballpoint refills

Now you can own a prized European pen never before offered in the U.S.

Otto Hutt Design 04 Ruthenium Floral Ballpoint 5 5 1 1
Cheerful blossoms on my desk I purchased this beautiful ballpoint pen from Levenger about a year ago. It is not only unique but also comfortable for me to use for long periods of time because its relatively heavy weight sits well between my fingers. I always admire that its blossoms give a cheerful mood to wherever I use it. Another reason that I love this is that it takes Levenger's ballpoint pen refills, which write smoothly on any paper.
