Space—the furnisher’s frontier

Innovative furniture design is among our chief passions at Levenger–helping to create pleasing spaces for home and office where our customers can work, read, write, create, or just relax in comfort. For inspiration, in addition to attending major furniture expos like the one in High Point, North Carolina, we love to haunt little antiques stores. In fact, many of our most popular space-saving pieces are updated versions of classic designs of past centuries.

No room? No problem

Case in point is our immensely popular No-Room-for-a-Table Table. Its slender profile allows you to tuck it most anywhere. It works well as an end table for a sofa or bed, as a mini console in a hallway or foyer, or beside your most comfortable reading chair. There’s plenty of room for a lamp, and the shelf below can hold books and magazines. The bonus is additional storage beneath the tabletop:  Hidden hinges allow the top to lift from either side to reveal an oblong storage compartment where you can stash reading glasses, remote controls, coasters or a note pad and writing instruments. This little occasional table has become so popular that it has spawned an entire line of space-saving furnishings you’ll find only at Levenger.

Harmonious designs

Our ever-popular Euro and Bookbox systems continue to inspire the creativity of our customers with their modular components that can be configured in almost infinite ways for both small and large spaces. Their sleek, minimalistic lines meld well with just about any decor, from traditional to contemporary, and you can continue to add pieces as the years go by (and living spaces grow). Being able to organize a room in your own way, and to make changes as needed, promotes a sense of harmony both at home and in the workplace. This is sturdy, durable and beautifully made furniture, destined to become tomorrow’s heirloom pieces.

Some people choose furniture as carefully as they might choose a mate…after all, they’ll be living together for a long, long time. Maybe that’s why Levenger creates so many pieces that are slim, slender and attractive, and boast such nice lines!

  1. I’ve always loved Levenger’s pieces. That No-Room-For-A-Table Table is so clever, I may have to get one for my husband’s favorite chair.
