1. Does the website feature all the merchandise the catalog does? The Webstore offers approximately six times the number of selections that we can feature in any one catalog. For the handful of products available only through our catalog, just call 800-667-8034 to order these. (To protect your credit card, we do recommend that you order them by phone and not by email.) .

2. I can’t find the product I am looking for. How can I search for it? A search feature is located on the top navigation bar of every page. You can search using the product name or item number, that we have online.

3. Is there anything I can't order On-Line? Because of special agreements with some of our vendors, some products may not appear on our Website. For questions about products not listed, please Contact us.

4. Is on-line ordering really secure? Absolutely! In fact, it's statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store. Levenger' servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with most of today’s browsers (Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer and AOL). Only Levenger can read the encrypted information sent to us.

5. How do I order online? We strive to make it as easy as possible for you to order. When shopping online, simply add an item to your order from any product page by selecting a size, a color, a quantity and clicking “Add to Bag”. Then, follow the on-screen directions. We do accept international orders online.

6. What should I expect to happen once I place an online order? When your order is received, it will be processed within 24 hours. We send e-mail notification for orders that have sold-out or back-ordered items within 24 hours.

7. What if I have a problem with my order? We have service representatives dedicated to our web site customers who will be happy to assist you. Check our contact list for the most convenient way to reach us.

8. Is monogramming available on products I buy online? We offer monogramming on most applicable products. Options for these are listed on the product page when they are available.  Monogrammed and personalized items are not returnable.

9. Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB and Discover/BRAV0/NOVUS.

10. When are credit cards charged for an order? Credit cards are not charged until the items are shipped from our warehouse.

11. Does Levenger ship to locations outside the U.S.? Levenger can ship world-wide. For all international orders, except Canada, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be billed by our carrier upon delivery. Please Contact us for shipping charges to countries other than the U.S. and Canada.

12. What if my billing address is different than my shipping? We suggest that you sign up using your billing address as your primary address. If you need to ship an order to an address other than the billing address, you can do so during the order process.

13. Need Your Order ASAP? Rush service is available to the 50 states for delivery within 2 to 4 business days. Contact us for any special needs.

14. How can someone give gifts using Levenger.com? Levenger.com shoppers can ship their gifts directly to the recipients. During the ordering process, shoppers can tell us to ship their orders to an address other than the billing address. By noting the order as a gift, we will not print prices on the packing slip and you can include a personalized gift notecard in your order.

15. Will I get a order confirmation? We will send you an e-mail confirming that we have received your order.

16. Does Levenger have a guarantee? We want our products to delight you.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know and we'll make it right.

17. How do I return or exchange something to Levenger? To return merchandise for credit or exchange, simply ship the items prepaid and insured to: Levenger Returns Department, 3530 East Raines Road, Suite 102, Memphis, TN 38118. Please enclose your packing slip, after completing the information on the back. In the event you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call our Customer Care representatives at 800-545-0242 or click here to e-mail us at: orders@levenger.com, for instructions on returning and obtaining a replacement. For International customers, call 561-276-4141 for assistance on returns and exchanges. For Canadian customers, in the event a refund of taxes is due because merchandise was returned, the customer authorizes Revenue Canada to forward to Levenger’s agent any approved refund of duties and taxes. Levenger will be solely responsible for refunding the customer’s duties and taxes. For other International customers, call 561-276-4141 for assistance on returns and exchanges. Monogrammed and personalized items are not returnable.
