FedEx Ground Delivery: 10% for orders $200 and over (5-8 business days):
Orders are shipped to a street address only and require a daytime phone number.
Delivery of items in stock normally takes 5 to 8 business days. Orders may ship in multiple boxes,
which may arrive separately. An additional $5.00 will be added for each additional shipping address. FedEx 2nd Day: Add $15 to FedEx Ground (2-4 business days):
We offer rush service on in-stock items only, for delivery in 2 to 4 business days
to the 50 states. (Back orders ship ground.) Please call if you have questions. Not available for
P.O. Boxes. Some heavy and oversized furniture items are excluded. Please call 800-667-8034 if
you have questions. Next Day Air: Orders placed by 11:30AM ET, Monday-Friday will ship
same day. Customized orders add two more days. Can not ship to a P.O. Box. Some heavy and oversized

ship furniture and extra-heavy or oversized items within the contiguous U.S.

price. Reduced shipping charges:
Certain products ship ground at a special reduced rate, which is indicated near
the price line. All pens ship ground for a flat reduced rate of $6.00.
