Shopping Bag Information

On the product page, first select the appropriate product information such as color, size, monogramming, ship to, gift notecard and quantity. Then press the ADD TO BAG button to activate your Shopping Bag.

The next screen will tell you if the item is in stock and will ask for any personalization or gift notecard information. Press the CONTINUE button to keep the selection in your Shopping Bag. Press the REMOVE ITEM button to remove it. The Shopping Bag will show you any items previously added, with a running total of the cost of your items (excluding taxes and shipping). You have complete freedom to add or change the contents of the Shopping Bag, including deleting all items.

If you used a Levenger catalog in conjunction with this order, please enter the customer code from the back of the catalog, in the blue box. (This step is optional but helpful for us.)

When you’re ready to place your order, press the CHECKOUT button.

New customers: You can establish an account with us so we remember your billing address for future orders. Creating a customer account is optional. If you do not wish to create an account, you still check out as a new customer—but skip step 2 below (creating a password).

Returning customers: If you have previously created an account, please enter your last name, email address and password, and press the CHECKOUT button. We will display your saved billing information.

There are seven checkout steps to complete.

Step 1: Enter or modify your billing information, email address (for shipping confirmation) and whether you would like to receive promotional emails from Levenger. Customers on our Preferred Customer E-List enjoy special sales and gifts with purchase.

Step 2: Click the radio button for YES if your billing address and shipping address are the same. You will skip Step 5 below (enter your shipping information).

Step 3: Create a password (see note above regarding new customers).

Step 4: To redeem a special offer, enter the code in the box provided. You will be able to see your new total on the review page, before you submit your order.

Press the CONTINUE TO SHIPPING button.

Step 5: Enter your shipping information (see Step 2 above regarding shipping information).

Press the CONTINUE TO SHIP METHOD button.

Step 6: Choose your shipping method.

Press the CONTINUE TO REVIEW YOUR ORDER button. The Review page will display a summary of your order.

Press the CONTINUE TO PAYMENT button.

Step 7: Enter your credit card information.

To finalize your order, you must hit the SUBMIT ORDER & RECEIVE RECEIPT button. The Receipt screen will be your confirmation, with a reference number. You may print this for your records until you receive your merchandise.

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email acknowledgment from us. After we ship your order, you will receive a second email acknowledgment, with any pertinent carrier information for tracking purposes.
