Returns & Exchanges
To return merchandise for credit or exchange, simply ship the items prepaid and insured to:

Please enclose your packing slip, after completing the information on the back. In the event you received an incorrect or damaged item, please call our Customer Care representatives at 800-545-0242 or click here to e-mail us at: orders@levenger.com, for instructions on returning and obtaining a replacement.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: In the event a refund of taxes is due because merchandise was returned, the customer authorizes Revenue Canada to forward to Levenger’s agent any approved refund of duties and taxes. Levenger will be solely responsible for refunding the customer’s duties and taxes.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Call 561-276-4141 for assistance on returns and exchanges. Monogrammed and personalized items and eBooks are not returnable.
