About Fisher
Paul C. Fisher, having worked at a pen factory after WWII, set out to open his own pen company in 1948 and design a pen that would not leak. Later in 1966, he patented the Anti-Gravity Pen, which could write in zero gravity, underwater, in extreme temperatures and even at an angle. It was also called the Zero Gravity Pen and Fisher Space Pen, and it put the Fisher name on the map. It quickly became adopted by NASA astronauts, and was inducted into the 2021 Space Technology Hall of Fame by The Space Foundation. Fisher continues to make all pens in the United States. Shop all
