After not needing to use these since retirement, I decided to pull some out to use for personal notes to friends. While I used them for lists, etc. during my work days, I had saved them and hoped to use in retirement for thank you notes, notes of congratulation, etc. However, I have to agree with another customer...the lines on the ruled version are way too narrow. This makes the cards almost unusable for me and I have a good number left over.

I just ordered my first 3 x 5 cards from Levenger. I have been using the 4 x 6 cards for years, but I wanted to try the smaller ones, and get the Nantucket box that holds them. I got the ruled card style that I prefer, and have been using in the 4 x 6 format, but the ruled lines on the 3 x 5 are MUCH too close together for comfortable writing. Lines on the 4 x 6 card are 1/4 inch apart, and there are 19 lines on the front of the card. On the 3 x 5 card, the lines are about 1/8 inch apart! And there are 21 lines on the front of the card. Why so crowded? No one is going to write an essay on these cards. Compared with the 4 x 6 cards I am used to, the writing space feels very cramped. The size of the overall card is fine, and the quality of the paper is as nice as usual, but I hate the line spacing. I may reorder with the unruled, but I am really disappointed. Please either make a nice box that is fitted for the 4 x 6 cards, or make a ruled style for the 3 x 5 with more that a normal person can write in.

These cards are terrific for thank you notes and other brief messages. Over the years I've ordered several different styles and all of them are super! Levenger's products and customer service have always been outstanding! That said, I'm a little disappointed that you no longer offer envelopes for any of your notecards. I wish you would offer them again.

I carry these in the leather pocket case, available from Levenger- and use them for note-taking- as well as short notes to folks- so they have my contact information. I also use them with my printer- as stationary- for brief correspondence. I have purchased envelopes for mailing them. All in all- very handy for multi-purpose-- and the printing and style is impressive.

This was my second order. My first were plain with my first name, and I use them all of the time. For this order, I wanted ruled cards with my whole name, and these are perfect. The lines help me to write a little smaller, and I love the professionalism these cards help me demonstrate. I will order again.

In my business a 3 x 5 card works perfectly for many needs. Finding one which I could then have outfitted with my name and information was a great find. Unfortunately on line it looked Grey which is also a color I run consistant with in my Branding, It doesnt come in grey. only white or Ivory. I ordered it in Ivory, selected type face and did see a proof on line, however it arrived being far more faint, and delicate in person. I wear glasses and it is still very difficult for anyone to read the email and phone number. I also forgot to add to that order the envelopes. Called, was told couldn't add, so I then went on and eventually placed the envelopes, but Why Would you NOT have matching color stock envelopes? Now I have ivory cards with white envelopes. Think next time, I 'll hit a local stationer.

This printing on these cards came in much smaller than the "preview" mock up of the card when I customized it. The ink is faint, and the address and numbers are so small they are largely illegible. Make sure to order only BOLD type fonts. I called customer service and they said essentially, tough luck, that's what you ordered.
