All Levenger products carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. If you believe a Levenger product is defective, please contact our Customer Care team and make arrangements for its return to us.
If you are not satisfied with your Levenger purchase, please return the unused product in its original packaging with its packing slip or purchase receipt within 90 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price. We do not accept returns of merchandise that has been used unless it contains material or craftsmanship defects.
Monogrammed and personalized items and eBooks are not returnable.

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: In the event a refund of taxes is due because merchandise was returned, the customer authorizes Revenue Canada to forward to Levenger’s agent any approved refund of duties and taxes. Levenger will be solely responsible for refunding the customer’s duties and taxes.
