All Levenger products carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship. If you are not satisfied with your Levenger purchase, you can return eligible item(s) within 90 days from the date of purchase. The original packaging with its packing slip or purchase receipt are required for return. If you believe a Levenger product is defective, please contact our Customer Care Team and make arrangements for its return. Depending on your reason for return, you may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs of that purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy on most furniture and lighting products. If you are not satisfied with your furniture or lighting selection, please contact our Customer Care Team within 30 days of purchase at 800-544-0880 to make arrangements for returns.


In the event a refund of taxes is due because merchandise was returned, the customer authorizes Revenue Canada to forward to Levenger’s agent any approved refund of duties and taxes. Levenger will be solely responsible for refunding the customer’s duties and taxes.
