The cost for shipping is based upon the total order amount. If shipping to multiple addresses, shipping cost will be based on order total for each individual shipping address. Use the tables below as a quick reference for calculating the shipping charge for an order. An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and/or weight. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the shipping subtotal of your order.
Shipping/Delivery Time & Pricing for Economy, Standard, and Express Shipping
We currently offer three shipping options within the United States: Economy (USPS or FedEx), Standard and Express (FedEx). When shipping internationally we only ship using FedEx International Economy, orders can take up to 2 – 3 weeks for delivery. In addition, items shipped directly from our vendor or outside of the 48 states have longer delivery times.
Customized orders: Please add 2 - 3 additional business days for processing before shipping.
All orders totaling $500 or more Ship Free via Economy Ground Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.

Additional Shipping Charges
Pen Shipping: All pens ship free and are delivered via ground shipping to locations within the 48 contiguous states.
Inks & Refills: Ink refills, bottled inks and cartridges ship free.
For shipments to Canada and International, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location.
Please note some countries charge local customs fees or VAT for orders arriving from overseas. Levenger does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Levenger recommends international customers to contact their local Customs Office regarding any potential duty you may be liable for. By confirming a purchase, you are accepting responsibility for all customs charges incurred as Levenger will not refund customers who incur any such charges.
Where Else Do We Ship?
APO/FPO – We proudly offer Standard shipping to Military addresses. Please note that due to carrier size restrictions not all items are available for shipment. If an item you have selected is not eligible, a message will be displayed during checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post and can take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
US Territories – We currently offer shipping to Guam, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
International – International orders including Canada have the shipping fees calculated in real time. The price shown at checkout is always the most current and accurate shipping rate available.
Furniture and Oversized Items:
We ship furniture and extra-heavy or oversized items within the contiguous U.S. An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and/or weight. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the shipping subtotal of your order.
Additional Information
Levenger reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
The following restrictions apply:
- We do not ship Furniture outside of the 48 contiguous states.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable if the order or part of the order is returned unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.
- Based on inventory location, items may arrive in more than one shipment.
