By entering the The Year Ahead Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Levenger Company (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 11, 2025, and ends at 9:00 AM ET on December 19, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter:

· Follow @levenger on Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), or Facebook (if not already following).

· Comment on the “The Year Ahead Giveaway” post by tagging two (2) friends.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries or automated entries will be disqualified. Entrants must have a public social media profile for the duration of the Giveaway Period and for at least seven (7) days after the Giveaway ends.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One (1) $100 Levenger gift card
  • One (1) 2026 Circa smartPlanner (color of choice)
  • One (1) 5-Year Journal (color of choice)
  • One (1) Levenger Master Class ™ of choice (Writing a Novel, Learning a Language, Writing a Memoir, Writing a Children's Book, Writing a Cookbook, Master Your Life)

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $364.00

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein are the sole

5. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within seven (7) days of the Giveaway’s end. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by direct message on the platform used to enter. If the winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions

Sponsor is not responsible for:

· Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;

· Technical malfunctions, failures, or unauthorized intervention in the entry process;

· Any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property related to participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impair the integrity of the Giveaway.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or X. By entering, you release and hold harmless Instagram, Facebook, and X from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from or related to your participation in the Giveaway.

7. Use of Name and Likeness

By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, username, likeness, and any entry content (if applicable) for promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, without further permission or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
