"Beautiful leather, but the oversized pen-loop on the back cover makes it impossible to close without the stored pen digging into the pages, particularly if you use tabs or dividers. The plastic edge is also quite flimsy compared to my old Arc notebook which I purchased at Staples years ago (and which is no longer produced, unfortunately). Very disappointing considering the cost of this item."
"I didn't really need a leatherbound notebook in a beautiful hue of blue, but I wanted one. Upgraded to aluminum discs for an extra pop of color. In sit-downs I pull this notebook from my briefcase and those I'm meeting look embarrassed with their wire spiral 3-subject notebooks and legal pads. That's neither here nor there. The functionality of the Circa is matched by its beauty, making it an aesthetic pleasure to use. For those who write almost exclusively with fountain pens, the Circa paper takes in beautifully, with no bleed. Thinking about a purchase? I strongly recommend spending extra to get a set of aluminum discs in a favorite color that complements the notebook cover."
"Quality is fantastic. I love the fact that I can move pages around. This is the type of notebook I’ve been searching for because I’m scatterbrained and constantly writing notes. This just makes my life and keeping up with my demanding taskers more manageable. Engraving is smooth and worth the extra money. So many options for refills too… so worth it. I didn’t realize the discs that come with it are plastic and feel cheap, so just make sure to spend the money on the aluminum discs."

"I purchased a purple junor Circa Leather Discbound Notebook and for the first time chose the Personalization Type option. The notebook arrived in a nice gift box in a timely manor, but I miss not getting the free cleaning cloth that my first two notebooks came wrapped in. Oh well, things change with the times.
