"This is a legacy piece. I’m using it as a journal with the side columns for future review annotations and marginalia. I write with a thick nib fountain pen, and was concerned that it would bleed through as it has on many other journals, but I was pleasantly surprised in this journal that I’m able to write cleanly on both pages. I look forward to using this journal for the next 30 to 50 years. Worth the investment, and I will be buying again."

- This is not designed for fountain pen use however if you use a light stroke and not a bold nib it will work with a fountain pen.
