"It may be built to hold 28 lbs of books but this librarian is using it for her yarn stash. Two blanket projects so far with room for one more!"

Awesome product
"Great option for carrying loads of stuff! Great weight and quality."
Highly recommend
"Love this. Perfect way to store books and magazines. The bag is very strong and looks great."
So heavy duty but cute!
"Love this bag! Of course it’s for storing books, but it could carry bricks, it’s that strong. Much better than looking at a stack of TBR books on the floor."
Great versatile heavy duty bags!
"Love these bags! Great weight and sturdiness. Good fabric and very well made. They go from carrying 50lbs of books back to the library, to the grocery and other stores, to taking laundry up and down the stairs. I now have 4 large and 1 small. Now I can have 2 dedicated to car and home. They get a lot of attention when I use them. So much much nicer than the standard recycling grocery bag."
New York Public library tote
"This is a wonderfully sturdy bag, almost a duffel bag, which is great for moving things. I use it when we’re renting a cottage for a week and I need a place to dump all the things we’re bringing. Of course I love The New York Public Library so I’m proud to have a product that celebrates that finance institution! I’ve been lusting after this for years and pleased to finally own one."
Large tote
"I love this large tote bag for hauling many different things : clean laundry to go upstairs, paper recycling, towels to the pool or beach, etc. Books would be too heavy, though! I have ordered the smaller tote for books. The bag is sturdy and well made. I can see using it for years."
"You always need more than just one. Great way to stash yarn, fat quarters, yardage, and the pattern books. . ."
My NYPL Delivery Tote Bag IS a book delivery tote!
"I bought the NY Public Library Delivery Tote some months ago because I liked the look of it and appreciated that it helped to support the New York Public Library. . As fate would have it, I now find myself having to move to a new apartment which is 500 steps away from my current home. Thus, my NYPL tote is being used for its original purpose: ferrying thousands of books from one location to another. It’s strong and durable, and it’s so capacious that it actually holds more books than I can lift!"
