"The fit and finish and quality over all of this product is horrible. When opening the top, they both rub together, which has already caused some of the finish to scrape off. This is not even real wood, and there are some random marks on the finish as though it was mishandled before it was even packaged. This is complete junk. I would never recommend this to anyone. This is basically less than IKEA quality as far as I’m concerned."
"I got this to replace a larger table in a tight space in my living room. It’s pretty and functional, much more efficient than the table it replaced. The hidden compartment keeps little stuff nearby without the visual clutter, and the shelf below keeps books and pads organized, again reducing clutter. I like it a lot."
"My dad was recuperating from a hip fracture and needed a narrow table by his bed for all the little things. I brought one of these from my house and size was perfect but he was worried about things falling off, my idea was to unscrew the hardware from the table to the folding lid (leaving it screwed into the lids) and removing them entirely to store in closet, so he had a nice little two-cubby side table where he could reach and feel around for glasses, remote, kindle, cell phone, tylenol etc. and nothing fell to the floor. When the bedside need was over, I just screwed the tops back on and it was back to being a regular table with hidden storage."

"Looked like a good idea, but anything set on top has to be moved to open the storage flaps. Opening one flap? The inside doesn’t go all the way to the other side. Looks good, but not really functional as storage … whatever is put there will likely be forgotten. Perhaps the drawer version is a better choice."
