"I prefer this type of refill to a dated one. I can start and stop when I want. I do wish it had more than the dot-grid but I work with it anyway. My ultimate would be a combination of the weekly goal planning refills and this one. Love the junior size as it is smaller to carry."

It gave a rhythm to my days and weeks and was enormously helpful. Once we were back in the world, I just kept going since these pages were a great way to confirm what my phone calendar had.
