First delivery was NOT what I ordered

"Although the wallet itself is great, I had a "not-so-pleasant" experience with the logistics side of things. That is why I'm giving 3 stars. The first wallet delivered did NOT have the initials that I ordered. When I called, they were fine about correcting the error. They stated that they would send me the wallet with the initials (what I ordered) right away. And they would also send return shipping materials so that I could return the first wallet that didn't have the initials. I got the wallet that I ordered (initials). . . GOOD! HOWEVER. . . I did NOT get the return shipping materials. I called again - and the person I spoke to emailed me a return label - which I printed on paper. Normal people don't have that sized labels just sitting around to print on. I also don't have packing tape for re-sealing the box & taping on the "paper" label. I had to make a special trip to the Post Office to do all the stuff to return the bad wallet. Very inconvenient!!!!! But again, the wallets are good."
