Second worst company I've used

"I ordered this pen as a birthday gift for my brother. Levenger did not ship it until 6 days later causing me to miss being able to give the present on his birthday. I ordered it on April second, and needed it by the tenth; but it did not arrive until the eighteenth. They also gave me the wrong tracking number and didn't provide it punctually either. When I contacted them requesting a discount, they took a full 5 days to reply. Conveniently waiting until the day the pen actually arrived to send me an automated message stating that there is nothing they will do for me because it already arrived but I can return it if I want. If it wasn't a gift, I certainly would have. The product itself is decently crafted, but made in China and does not justify the price Levenger asks. I would never recommend this company. Summary: Mediocre product. Slow shipment. Borderline rude customer service."

Stout and sturdy

"What might be an insult to a person is great for this pen. The shape and weight (both heavier than most pens) are perfect (for me), and I've used a similar one for many years. The 'retro-squared' appeal of the metal 'fuselage' and the WW2-P51 styling forced me to get one, even though I'm trying to 'dematerialize' and thin down my gear footprint."
