Nice writing but…

"I do appreciate the color of the pen and I ordered a fine point nib to change on this pen because the medium was clunky. It writes nicely but the grip is odd because my fingers end up resting on the threads for the screw on cap which is uncomfortable for long term writing. The overall weight is good but sadly it is engineered for a man’s hand. I would love to see a slender fountain pen. I also had issues with the ordering process and did not receive all items on this order, which they did fix but took quite a long time. I’m a bit disappointed because the customer service was not an easy experience and returns are not a good experience. Sadly, not the levenger of old."

"Very disappointed with the writing quality of the pen. The catridge ink does not flow freely writing with the pen a scratchy all round frustrating experience. Was so looking forward to getting it as I have the biro and think the casin is gorgeous but writing with it is such a disppointment."

I had to have this one, reminiscent of the original Sea Glass fountain pen run that I always admired back then. "I have a true writer from many years ago which I've always felt was high quality. So I was surprised by the fact that the barrel of this pen is plastic. I probably should not have been surprised, given the low price. Other than that, it is performing well thus far. It will be interesting to see if it holds up over time."
