"I called Levenger Customer Service as both the refill cartridges I had bought for my Chroma Facet pen were defective. The Customer Service representative immediately said Levenger would be sending me a new pack of the refills as perhaps the defective ones were old--no way to tell with no expiration date. That was exactly the response I had hoped for. Now I'm hopeful that these refills will do their job and allow me to continue to use the Chroma Facet pen that I love. The four stars above are for the refills; the customer service representative gets FIVE stars."

All of our pens come with standard black medium point ink refills. Unfortunately we do not have matching ink for different color pens however we do carry red and violet. The sku is APP911.
