"My Hemingway Freewrite arrived with a broken briefcase strap so it likely was wobbling about in the case while being delivered and was a bit smudged. I had yet to get a replacement for the broken connector on the strap. I’d expect better for such a pricey piece. I do however like it otherwise. Very elegant. I just hope it’s not at all damaged internally from wobbling about in the briefcase during delivery."
