At Levenger, we’re dedicated to delivering your order quickly, securely, and reliably. Below you’ll find details about how we ship, delivery options, and order tracking.
How We Ship
We process orders Monday–Friday. Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day. Shipping carrier and method may vary based on your location and the items ordered. Expedited options such as Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional charge.
Customized orders: Please add 2 - 3 additional business days for processing before shipping.

All orders totaling $500 or more Ship Free via Economy Ground Shipping to the 48 contiguous states.
The following rates do not apply to Business Direct orders:

PO Boxes, APO & FPO
We’re happy to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses when using USPS. Please note that delivery times to APO/FPO and PO Boxes may take longer than standard delivery.
International Orders
Levenger now ships worldwide through our Shopify-managed markets. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout, and you’ll see the full landed cost of your order before you complete your purchase.
We no longer require separate international checkout accounts or pre-payment of duties through third-party services — everything is handled seamlessly at checkout. If you are unable to complete your international order for any reason, please email us at cservice@levenger.com and we'll be happy to look into this for you.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also log in to your Levenger account to view your order status and tracking details at any time.
Additional Information
Levenger reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
The following restrictions apply:
- We do not ship Furniture outside of the 48 contiguous states.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable if the order or part of the order is returned unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.
- Based on inventory location, items may arrive in more than one shipment.
