Summer in Sorrento Giveaway Official Rules

By entering the Summer in Sorrento Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Levenger Company (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and D.C., 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary. 

1. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 8:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 3, 2025, and ends at 9:00 AM ET on July 11, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received outside of this timeframe will not be eligible.

2. How to Enter

To enter:
- Follow @levenger on Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), or Facebook (if not already following).
- Comment on the “Summer In Sorrento Giveaway” post by tagging two (2) friends.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries or automated entries will be disqualified. Entrants must have a public social media profile for the duration of the Giveaway Period and for at least seven (7) days after the Giveaway ends.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $252
Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within seven (7) days of the Giveaway’s end. The potential winner will be notified by direct message on the platform used to enter. If the winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. General Conditions

Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
- Technical malfunctions or unauthorized intervention in the entry process.
- Any injury or damage to persons or property related to participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway due to fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or X. You are providing your information to Levenger Company, not to any social platform.

6. Use of Name and Likeness

By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to use your name, username, likeness, and any entry content (if applicable) for promotional purposes, in any media, without further permission or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
